Data and privacy

How DDXMoto handles your data.

Information sent

The contact form sends the name, email, optional brand, project type and message you enter to the DDXMoto inbox. A hidden anti-spam field and technical request data are used to protect the form from abuse.

Why it is used

The information is used to read your enquiry, reply to it and discuss a possible collaboration. It is not used to add you to a mailing list or sold to another party.

Email delivery

Resend processes the message only to deliver it to hello@ddxmoto.com. The website does not run analytics or set advertising cookies.

Questions or deletion

To ask about a message or request its deletion from the DDXMoto inbox, email hello@ddxmoto.com.

Crew identity and membership

Auth0 handles sign-in by email or Google. DDXMoto stores the resulting account identity in MongoDB together with the Crew entitlement, the accepted rules version, the 18+ confirmation, account status and the profile details you choose to add. Crew Codes are stored only in protected hashed form after issue.

Public Crew profiles and images

Draft account data is private. When you publish, your nick, display name, bio, approximate location, country, riding styles, selected social links, motorcycles, modifications, membership date and uploaded images become public and may be indexed by search engines. Image files are validated, location metadata is removed and the source and generated variants are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage; published variants are delivered through DDXMoto.

Reports, moderation and audit history

Visitors may report public profiles and can optionally provide a reporter email. The report, technical anti-abuse request data, moderation outcome and administrator audit entries are stored in MongoDB so DDXMoto can investigate abuse, enforce the Crew rules and protect account history. These records may be retained after content is removed when needed for security, dispute handling or legal obligations.

Your Crew controls and rights

You can edit or unpublish your Crew profile from your account. To request access, correction or deletion of account, entitlement, profile, media or report data, email hello@ddxmoto.com. Some limited security, audit or legal records may need to be retained after a deletion request.
